• Measure the value your product or service adds to the customers
• New ways to show the customers the value of your services or equipment
• See, clearly, the business as it is today

• Turn the market analysis, customer list and segmentation into actionable data.
• Understand the customer issues on a cognitive level

In the last two years alone, Jackie and her team led conversations with more than 20,000 community and industry leaders in more than 111 countries. She has served on nonprofit boards such as Baylor College of Medicine’s Institutional Review Board, Texas Executive Women, and Foxshire Center.

Jackie holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She has written one book, “How to Find the Right Job." Rights to the book and film rights were purchased by Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.  The sorority subsequently produced a film for their graduating college seniors based on the book.
