“This was exactly what we wanted.  It has been so successful, we had so much business we selected the most profitable clients and turned down $2.5 Million in new business 30 days after completing Phase I.”

The Great Ideas Summit™ Process

The Great Ideas Summit™ Process is a tested, organic system that focuses on reaching a client’s goal by researching key opportunities for rapid growth. Those opportunities come from customers, industry leaders, and community legacies.

The process encourages the client to keep going on time and on budget.  It focuses on being a neutral third party to help the clients see it is bigger than all of them. It is about the greater community good not just one company’s gain.

The key is to accept and acknowledge contributions from all participants and, encouraging enthusiastic support and participation to further develop the idea in a focused, supportive system.  The process is structured to foster creative and fresh thinking and, from there, build on those ideas to further both their development as well as strategies to implement them effectively.  Equally important is the system's emphasis on fun—an often overlooked but critical component that promotes participants' interest and enthusiasm.

The Great Ideas Summit™ and Process is, at its heart, eminently pragmatic and meaningful. The personal benefits and empowerment afforded by the Great Ideas process are, in their own way, every bit as valuable as its practical benefits. By going through the process of idea discussion, positive prioritization and further development of great ideas, people from all walks of society can feel part of something bigger than themselves--a part of a larger effort to make the world a better place for all while fulfilling our natural desire to belong and be part of altruistic work that is both measurable and meaningful. Since 1993, the Great Ideas Company has worked with a broad array of clients—from General Electric, DuPont and Shell as well as other Fortune 500 companies, authors, entrepreneurs, hospitals, churches, charities and universities.
